The recipe for the perfect cake: softness and benefits
**Ingredients:**
- 300 g of pine nut flour, rich in protein and vitamins
- 200 g whole grain flour for softness
- 4 eggs
- 150 g honey as a natural sugar substitute
- 100 ml of Siberian Green pine nut (cedar) oil for added aroma and healthy fats
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- A pinch of salt- Candied or dried fruit (optional)
- 1 tsp amaranth oil for aroma
**Instructions:**
1. Beat the eggs with honey and oil until fluffy.
2. Add both types of flour, baking soda, and salt gradually. The dough should be thick like sour cream.
3. Fold in the dried fruit, previously soaked in rose hip tea, to add sweetness without added sugar.
