I like so many people taking all kind of vitamins every day . I never will argue it is good or bad vitamin ,but it helps to staying healthy . I really don't like smell ,but my husband like them so much and he is taking every day and even said that he needs to take brake from way ,he says no way .I think it is so beneficial for him and I decide to take them too. Funny thing he likes taste and I can't handle . I just swallow with a big glass of water .I truly think they are beneficial for our body .
