In some ways, the Siberian Green Rasputin Herbs supplement is similar to other "Men's Health" supplements. It contains the typical group of ingredients, including Horny Goat Weed, Maca Root, Tongkat Ali, and Tribulus Terrestris. But it also has a few other ingredients, like Saw Palmetto, L-Arginine, and Panax Ginseng. It's a good combination of ingredients. Even so, my experience with "Men's Health" supplements and formulas is that they tend to produce subtle results. That's why I don't expect the Siberian Green Rasputin Herbs to do anything dramatic. But I do see the value of the ingredients. So I take it as a Daily Men's Health supplement. The price seems right for a one-month supply. I'll keep you posted.
